There is a 30-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you will get your money back. This includes 30 days from when you receive the product. Within these 30 days, notification must be given by email to info@lavalierearchive.com if you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal. We also cover the return costs, so you have no risk by testing our products. The customer does not lose his right of withdrawal, even if the item has been damaged or is worth less because it has been used.
